Disneyland

This past week my WHOLE family visited the happiest place on earth.......Disneyland. After the long drive to California, which surprisingly didn't seem too long we ended up at our hotel. On Monday we made our way to the park. We headed to our first ride, Splash Mountain. That is such a fun ride! We rode it about 4 times with no line. That ride was only open Monday and will be closed for 5 months. We also rode on Small World, which also closed the next days we were there for taking down the Christmas decorations. But the rest of the park was crowded, and so we did the things that were not crowded, like the shows and such. Tuesday we spent most of the day at Disneyland and rode almost every ride. Wednesday we did the rides in California Adventure and went to the Disneyland Park also. We saw the fireworks, and Fantasmic, and the World of Color---all awesome shows. Of course there was meeting the princesses and characters and much much more! Then on Thursday we went to the Newport Beach Temple and the beach. Wow the trip was great.....except I was sick the whole time we were there from the first day to the last day! Oh well. Below are some pictures of the great times!

Sometimes school can get crazy! (What do I mean....all the time it is!) All the assignments that are all due on the same day, and tests (all on the same day), and grades. But when I let go and laugh, it all is better. At school, my friend and I couldn't stop laughing about the silliest things. We kept laughing about them all day! It made my day so much better. So laugh when things get hard, it makes everything better! Laugh. Laugh. Laugh.

The Half-Blood Prince

Another Harry Potter down!! One more to go!! The Half-Blood Prince   ( number 6 in the series) was a very good book I loved it. I couldn't put it down. I read almost everyday this Christmas break trying to finish it, and I finally did yesterday! Wow it was amazing! If you haven't read the Harry Potter series,  I would highly recommended them.
