Back 2 School

Well, here I am, back at school. It's hard to believe summer is over and I'm back at school....in the sweltering heat.....where I have to change when I get home because my clothes are wet from sweat.......:)

Strawberry Cupcakes

So I made these delicious cupcakes last week. It was a strawberry cupcake with vanilla frosting. Ummmmmmmmm so good! I always take pictures of my cupcakes.... but this time I forgot.....so here is a picture of a delicious looking cupcake...that probably doesn't taste as good as my cupcake!

Harry Potter 7

I finally saw Harry Potter 7 the movie...The Deathly Hallows Part 1! Yes, it was amazing. Yes, I want to see Part 2 the minute it comes out in theaters. Unfortunately, I will be gone that day in the summer... so I will have to see it the "next" minute it comes out!

The Voyage of the Dawn Treader

I recently saw The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader. It was great! I love these movies! The movie had a great story line and happy ending...sort of...

Beignets

I was going to get beignets when I was in Disneyland......but since that didn't happen, I just made them at home! They were scrumptious!

The Deathly Hallows

I finished the last Harry Potter book!! It was AMAZING! I really love all of the books. Even though they were long, it was totally worth it to read them........AMAZING!

Disneyland

This past week my WHOLE family visited the happiest place on earth.......Disneyland. After the long drive to California, which surprisingly didn't seem too long we ended up at our hotel. On Monday we made our way to the park. We headed to our first ride, Splash Mountain. That is such a fun ride! We rode it about 4 times with no line. That ride was only open Monday and will be closed for 5 months. We also rode on Small World, which also closed the next days we were there for taking down the Christmas decorations. But the rest of the park was crowded, and so we did the things that were not crowded, like the shows and such. Tuesday we spent most of the day at Disneyland and rode almost every ride. Wednesday we did the rides in California Adventure and went to the Disneyland Park also. We saw the fireworks, and Fantasmic, and the World of Color---all awesome shows. Of course there was meeting the princesses and characters and much much more! Then on Thursday we went to the Newport Beach Temple and the beach. Wow the trip was great.....except I was sick the whole time we were there from the first day to the last day! Oh well. Below are some pictures of the great times!
